Rates
- Initial Intake Appointment (1st visit; 60 minutes) -- $225
- Individual Session (60 minutes) -- $200
- Couples/Family Therapy (60 minutes) -- $220

Assessment/Testing -- $225 per each hour of administration and report writing/documentation
Insurance
We accept many major Health Plans at our office and services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. To help clarify how this applies to your specific plan, you may want to contact your insurance carrier directly. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Is this provider/practice in my network? If not, what are the out of network benefits available through my insurance carrier?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is the coverage amount/copay per therapy session?
- Do I need an authorization for outpatient therapy?
- Do I need to get a referral from my primary care physician?
Having this information will help you better understand your options and the types of services which would be available. Once you schedule an initial appointment, we will work with you in terms of submitting billing to your individual insurance carrier.
